Sarah Lamb

Sarah has had a lifelong passion for health and wellness; from her early days as a high performance athlete and student of Physical Education at Otago University, to discovering yoga and holistic healing in her 20’s. As she faced some of her greatest challenges - addiction, depression, death of both parents, becoming a mother - she found strength and solace in a deepening connection to inner work and self healing practices.

It was during a Womens retreat in Kauai in 2018 that she had her first Breathwork Journey and began a quest to learn as much as possible about the art, the science, the ritual and magic of conscious breathing. She studied and became an Alchemy of Breath Facilitator in 2020 (800HR), just as the global pandemic hit and Breathwork exploded around the world as a way to manage the stress and uncertainty. Sarah recently qualified as NZ’s first Alchemy of Breath Practitioner and has spent the last few years honing her skills as a guide.

Breathwork is an active meditation technique that combines many physical and energetic benefits; restoration of the nervous system, transmuting the felt experience of trauma and creating a healthy, resilient mind and body.

Short practices (up to 45 minutes) are perfect for improving so many aspects of our wellbeing; reducing stress, improving emotional resilience, better sleep and more energy, while longer Breathwork Journeys ( 1 - 2 hours) are a place to break through old thought patterns and explore new perspectives.

Sarah has found her home in the breath and loves to help others do the same.
